I decided to take a different approach with this blog, far as monetizing it goes. For little blogs like this, there is not nearly enough traffic for affiliate advertising to work. Since the ads just clutter things up and don't do me any good, I got rid of them all to make this a cleaner looking site that's more enjoyable to view.
